My interest, and then love of real estate was sparked while working as head of operations for a start-up in Florida. I had the opportunity to learn the commercial development side of the ropes first, as the company designed large food processing plants around the world. From there I found that serving the business community with both their residential and commercial needs was a natural fit for my background. Over the past ~15 years, my love and appreciation of the industry has grown along with my expertise. I consistently rank as one of the highest producing Brokers in the business. Even more importantly, I am most proud of the sincere and trusting relationships that have developed. In fact, 85% of my business is from past clients and their family, friends, and co-workers (but of course I will always make time for new clients).
Educationally, I have an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. I’ve helped to start numerous companies and have lived in several states, as well as have worked internationally. My entire career, I have always been motivated to support the entrepreneurial community and to also grow businesses that contribute to the world in a meaningful way. Many of my clients share in this goal with me and know that the lion-share of the proceeds from all sales goes to the development of technologies that improve cognitive performance for those suffering with ADHD, Autism, and traumatic brain injuries. Hi! I’m Amanda and have had the pleasure of living in Brevard County for many years. We originally moved our young family here from Pennsylvania because we were drawn to the sunshine, the opportunities, and a lifestyle we could enjoy on a daily basis rather than just on vacation! So it’s truly a pleasure to work in a field where I get to help others in their transition to Florida as well.
We all know that there are many realtors to choose from. Since I am originally from Brazil, have lived in different countries, states, and communities, I have gone through this selection process myself, several times. It’s caused me to reflect on what kind of professional I wanted to be for my clients. Professionally, my background spans real estate, administration, and industrial security where I have honed my skills to include exceptional organization, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a seamless client experience. Outside of real estate, I have developed a passion for personal growth and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle including yoga, pickleball, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
